YOUR TASKS Develop HSE Plan of the site Coordination between client SiGeKo, subcontractors and Nordex staff to ensure safey Coordination and control of HSE systems during the manufacturing process Establish the best strategy so safety in the CT sites could be guaranteed, in accordance with existing regulations Review the execution project Report and investigate all the HSE Cases and report them to appropriate managers Ensuring compliance and application of rules and quality control on site Collaborate in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health and safety Take part in the concrete structure internal organization, as well as in the planning of the necessary resources and in the control of the labor risk prevention documentation Coordinates the production process to ensure that preventive actions are applied by the whole staff Promote and Promove the HSE “Best practice” Spread the Nordex internal Management system and implement it on site Supervise the management of environmental processes and promote their compliance Perform Inspections and audit of the performance of subcontractors and assurement of compliance to HSE Agreement YOUR PROFILE Certified qualification in occupational health and safety At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection Proficient in HSE-specific software Understanding of construction processes (materials, systems, and workflows) Knowledge of national HSE regulations and application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Very good English skills; German is a plus Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.

Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Quality Engineer oder im Qualitätsmanagement sammeln können, idealerweise besitzen Sie ein Zertifikat der Fortbildungen "Blackbelt" oder "Kerpner-Trego" und/oder vergleichbare. Erfahrung mit 8D-Reports, Ursachenanalyse und Maßnahmenverfolgung ist von Vorteil. Der Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS-Word und MS-Excel, ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
