Performance Management & Commercial Alignment Monitor, analyse, and report on operational KPIs to the GM. Support the improvement of patient conversion and retention through operational excellence and service quality.
In addition, you will support pricing controlling by creating relevant reports and analyses that help assess target achievement.You will take responsibility for monitoring and documenting implemented pricing strategies and prepare results in a target‑group‑oriented manner for internal stakeholders.
This includes the day to day people management, work assignment, KPI/IKO evaluation, development plans and couching the team (9 direct and up-to 60 indirect reports); -Recovery management in case of major infrastructure incidents including coordinating any recovery efforts across all involved ITS support teams; -Accountability of first level incident management support for all systems supported by ITS by make use of service delivery skills and customer focused approach; -Participation in root cause analyses of infrastructure incidents and helps to implement the eventual solution.
Experience and Knowledge: 1st level registration with NMC Educated to degree level or equivalent Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in a Healthcare setting Ability to produce clear comprehensive reports appropriate to the request of the clinician. Experience of project management activities to facilitate major service/operational changes.
