Repräsentation der EurA AG sowie aktive Gewinnung und Betreuung von Neukunden über persönliche, digitale und veranstaltungsbezogene Vertriebskanäle Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung passgenauer Angebots- und Lösungsansätze inklusive nachhaltiger Nachbetreuung und strukturierter Übergabe an interne Projektmanager Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen in enger Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung (Zielgruppen, Ansprache, Materialien, Vertragsabschluss) Systematische Analyse von Vertriebsaktivitäten, externen Zugriffsdaten sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen und aufbereitete Ergebnisdarstellung für Vorstand und Vertriebsleitung Mitwirkung im Vertragswesen (Erstellung, Qualitätssicherung, digitaler Versand) sowie vollständige Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im CRM-System Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Vertrieb und Wirtschaft Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, Business Development oder Key Account Management Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Management und internen Stakeholdern Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Die Position ist eng in das Team Marketing & Vertrieb eingebunden.
