As a Principal position, this role requires a high degree of autonomous working and reports directly to the Director of Engineering. You will be the primary technical lead responsible for all app teams, driving technical discussions and ensuring our solutions are robust and forward-thinking.
You properly manage costs, investments and all factors affecting a profitable performance You report on sales, business performance, market information and finance YOUR PROFILE You have management and commercial experience in the food ingredients industry You demonstrate strong leadership with expertise in building high performing teams You have strong analytical skills and financial knowledge You have a commercial or food technology bachelor or master’s degree You are a native German speaker and you have fluent English language skills This position offers a key role within a growing, non-bureaucratic company environment which values entrepreneurship.
